What's covered
We guarantee every Hubert S. watch against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from the date of purchase. This covers movement faults, case and crown defects, and issues with the amber setting.
How to claim
Email hello@hubertswatches.com with your order number and a short description (photos help). We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps — repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
What's not covered
Normal wear (scratches on case or strap), water damage beyond the rated resistance, accidental damage, and unauthorised modifications or repairs. Battery replacement after the first year is a paid service.
