Everything you need to know about how your Hubert S. watch arrives — and how to send it back if it isn't right.
EU shipping
Free standard shipping on all EU orders over €100. Orders under €100 ship for a flat €7. Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days. Express (1–2 days) is available at checkout.
Worldwide shipping
We ship worldwide via tracked courier. Rates and duties are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days outside the EU.
Order processing
Orders are hand-prepared in our Riga atelier and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your watch leaves us.
30-day free returns
Not in love with your Hubert S.? Send it back within 30 days for a full refund — free of charge from anywhere in the EU. Watches must be unworn and returned in their original packaging. Email hello@hubertswatches.com and we'll arrange the return label.
